Minnesota FFA president has sights set on ag education

The new president of Minnesota FFA hopes to be an ag teacher someday.

Emma Kuball of the Waterville-Elysian-Morristown FFA Chapter says she’s been influenced by great ag teachers and her experience growing up on a dairy farm.

She tells Brownfield teaching ag could be a challenge because the number of rural students in many school districts is declining.

“I think that students need to understand that even if they’re not directly involved in agriculture on like a farm or something, that agriculture still affects every aspect of your life.
