MO Corn Growers president worried about what’s going on in ag at federal level

A Mexico, Missouri farmer has been elected president of the Missouri Corn Growers Association.

Jay Schutte has held various leadership roles within Missouri Corn over the years and with the National Corn Growers Association.

“It’s truly an honor to be asked to serve in a leadership role in any organization, particularly an honor when you’re asked to be president. There are a lot of issues out there. So, I can’t help but say also I’m a little bit worried about what all is going on in agriculture right now.”

Schutte and other Missouri Corn leaders recently met with the state’s congressional delegation in D.C.
