The vice president of the American Soybean Association says although the $12 billion aid package will help farmers, it’s unclear how it will be divided between commodities.

“To get this $12 billion spread across multiple commodities, and soybeans is one of them, but it’s multiple commodities and this is just a temporary relief,” he says.

He tells Brownfield farmers need relief sooner rather than later.
