Sonny Perdue says the timing is up to House Speaker Nancy Pelosi.
“Ambassador Lighthizer has been working with her team that she’s designated over the particular issues,” he says. “It’s a matter of really determining where the meeting of the minds are regarding those few issues they have outstanding.”
He
says enforceability provisions continue to be an issue.
