Momentum is growing for deeper dredging of the lower Mississippi River. Tom Steever spoke to Casey Wasser, Policy Director, Missouri Soybean Association, who says the goal is to dredge five feet off the river bottom from Baton Rouge to the Gulf of Mexico deepening it to 50 feet.
