Seed choices under the microscope

Many farmers are putting their seed choices under the microscope with margins in a vice grip.

University of Minnesota Extension crops educator Liz Stahl says trait packages should be scrutinized.

“I just think it’s good to step back and take a look. It’s like ‘okay, do I need the newest thing here? How do I prioritize my decision-making?”

She tells Brownfield every selection should be based on yield potential.
