Senators seek to stop newly-allowed Paraguay beef imports

Two Senators are working to overturn the Biden Administration’s rule allowing beef imports from Paraguay.

Montana Senator Jon Tester and South Dakota Senator Mike Rounds have introduced a Congressional Review Act.  If passed, the CRA would overturn USDA’s final rule.
