Soybean research field day explores crop intensification

Soybean farmers are learning about crop intensification during the University of Minnesota’s first ever Soybean Research Center Field Day.

Extension soybean agronomist Seth Naeve says crop intensification is all about driving productivity.

“The idea really is all about how to get more out of an acre of land in a year.”

Speaking to Brownfield during the field day in St. Paul Thursday, he said that could be a cover crop that provides an economic return from some sort of payment.
