Arizona Man Sentenced to 45 Years in Federal Prison for Leading Multi-State Meth Conspiracy in South Dakota

39-year-old Rusty James Driscoll from Kingman, Arizona, was sentenced to 45 years in federal prison for his central role in a large-scale methamphetamine conspiracy spanning Mexico, Arizona, Louisiana, and South Dakota.

Driscoll coordinated the import of meth from Mexico and directed its distribution to co-conspirators in multiple states.

The investigation involved various law enforcement agencies, leading to the indictment and sentencing of at least 17 individuals involved in the drug operation.
