Three individuals—Trent Stepp, Alicia Spoonemore, and Jesse Foht—were arrested in Sioux Falls this week, facing a range of charges, including possession of a stolen vehicle and drugs.
Detectives observed the trio in a parking lot on North Cleveland Avenue, leading to a pursuit.
One passenger attempted to flee but was apprehended, while Spoonemore, the driver of the stolen vehicle, collided with a deck and part of a building during an escape attempt.
Spoonemore, facing the most charges, including grand theft, was also found in possession of meth and pills, according to Sioux Falls police officer Sam Clemens.
