The Sioux County Sheriff’s office is conducting an investigation into the death of a man at the business premises of Livestock Equipment & Manufacturing near Hull, Iowa.
69-year-0ld Harvard Punt was involved in an incident at 10:15 a.m. on Friday, July 14, while loading cattle gates onto a pickup truck.
As Punt climbed into the truck’s bed to secure the gates, they fell off the vehicle and fatally crushed him.
The Sioux Center Police Department, Hull Fire Department, and Sioux County Medical Examiner also responded to the scene.
