DWI Crash in Sioux Falls Leaves Four-Year-Old Injured, Driver Arrested

A recent incident in Sioux Falls involved a DUI-related crash resulting in a four-year-old child being injured.

The collision occurred Friday night around 6:30 pm when a 2012 Hyundai, driven by 33-year-old Nathan Earley, ran a red light at the intersection of 12th Street and Kiwanis Avenue, colliding with a 2005 Chevrolet.

The impact ejected a four-year-old from the Chevrolet, who was subsequently taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

Earley, experiencing non-life-threatening injuries, was arrested for DWI 1st and Vehicular Battery after being treated at the hospital.
