A fatal traffic collision occurred in Sioux Falls, where a school bus struck and killed a 50-year-old man crossing Garfield Avenue.
The incident took place around 7:35 a.m. on Wednesday as the bus turned south on Garfield Avenue from westbound 12th Street.
The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
Law enforcement closed West 12th Street for investigation, but it has since been reopened.
