Greg Farrar, a 70-year-old farmer from the Hurley area, pleaded guilty to non-consensual sexual contact with a Freeman woman.
Charges against him were dropped as he admitted to the incident on August 14th, when he inappropriately touched and kissed the woman after inquiring about her house being for sale.
