Kwik Trip, a well-known convenience store chain based in La Crosse, Wisconsin, has opened its first location in South Dakota, marking the beginning of a planned expansion in the state.
The inaugural store is situated in Brandon, with five more stores scheduled to open in the southeastern corner of South Dakota.
While the new locations will bear the name Kwik Star due to industry naming agreements, customers can expect the same Kwik Trip experience, including fast food, ready-to-eat meals, hot food options, and even amenities like a beer cave or humidor.
This expansion brings Kwik Trip’s presence to six states.
