Noem’s Book to Undergo Edits After Erroneous Claim of Meeting with Kim Jong Un

Governor Kristi Noem’s upcoming book, “No Going Back,” will be revised after it falsely claimed she had met with North Korean leader Kim Jong Un.

The book also erroneously recounted a meeting with French President Emmanuel Macron, which has been clarified as an invitation that was later canceled.

Noem’s office acknowledged the errors and stated they would be corrected in future editions. The book has not yet been released.

Additionally, Noem faces continued criticism over a controversial excerpt involving the shooting of a hunting dog.

A fundraising event in Colorado featuring Noem was canceled due to safety concerns following threats.
