Lydelle Turner, convicted of firing bullets into a group of people in a Sioux Falls parking lot, injuring one man, has been sentenced to 40 years in the South Dakota State Penitentiary.
The incident occurred on July 30th, 2022, near La Tapatia Mexican Store & Restaurant.
Turner, found guilty of two counts of aggravated assault and four counts of discharging a firearm, drove around the block and fired 23 more shots, damaging four vehicles.
Ten years of his sentence are suspended.
