Between 5:30 PM on Wednesday, August 2nd, and 8:00 AM on August 3rd, a purse was stolen from a vehicle parked in a Mitchell parking lot located in the 600 block of East Norway.
Bank cards from the theft of the purse were used at several businesses in Mitchell.
Authorities are urging anyone with information or knowledge of activity in the area during that time to contact Crime Stoppers at 996-1700.
Callers can remain anonymous and may be eligible for a cash reward if their information leads to the arrest of the person or persons responsible for the vandalism.
