A fatal incident occurred at the Agtegra Cooperative in Roscoe, South Dakota, last week involving a grain conveyor.
The Edmunds County Sheriff confirmed the fatality of an employee just after 10:00 a.m. on Thursday.
Agtegra Cooperative expressed condolences and stated that they are conducting a thorough investigation.
