Dakota Wesleyan University set to host statewide conference

The South Dakota Nonprofit Network (SDNN) is excited to announce their inaugural conference. The conference, a one day event, will take place in Mitchell, SD on the campus of Dakota Wesleyan University on August 11th from 10AM to 4PM. SDNN is thrilled to gather nonprofits from across the state for a day of learning how to successfully collaborate, advocate, and fundraise for their nonprofit organizations.

The free event will be held in-person on the campus of DWU with a zoom link available for those not able to attend in person. Registration for the event is available here.

The agenda for the day includes several speakers who will address important issues in the nonprofit world. A few of the key highlights for the day will include presentations about:

  • Advocating for your Nonprofit
  • Best Practices for Nonprofit Fundraising & Higher Donor Retention
  • Nonprofit Financial Literacy
  • Successful Collaboration among Nonprofits

This conference offers an opportunity for nonprofit organizations to network and learn from their peers about successes and challenges facing the nonprofit community.
