He favors better-targeted tax relief. “We have some major challenges facing the state, and rather than target property tax relief to the people who need it the most, they shifted a lot of burden onto all South Dakotans, and did it in a way that was not a tax shift, but was a tax increase,” said Johnson
Johnson says carefully focused economic development will help all South Dakotans.
