SIOUX CITY, Iowa — Dakota Wesleyan Women’s Volleyball opens the season ranked third in the Great Plains Athletic Conference as announced by the conference office in the 2026 preseason coaches poll.
The Tigers finish behind only Northwestern (Iowa) and Concordia (Neb.) in the 2026 preseason poll, amassing 96 points in total.
The team looks to make another trip to Sioux City following an astounding 2025 campaign that saw the team reach a 20-12 record, and with All-Americans Kayleigh Hybertson and Lizzie Tyler leading the charge, 2026 is primed to be another elite season for DWU. The team will also return All-Conference performers Evy Knoblock and Karly VanDerWerff in their main rotation to bolster the offensive effort. See the full release from the GPAC here.
