Mitchell girls golf won its fourth team title in a row on Friday, taking first place at the Bill Scholten Invitational in Brookings.
Mitchell shot 347 as a team, eight shots better than second-place Brookings. The Kernels have now won the Warrior Invite in Sioux Falls, the Watertown Invite and the ESD conference tournament the past two weeks.
Quinn Dannenbring led the Kernels with an 80, good for was fourth overall.
Lara Windstorm and Jayli Rients also had top 10 finishes shooting 88 to tie for seventh.
Allison Meyerink and Maddie Childs did not play due to academic commitments and will be back in action next week.
Bryn Huber of Huron claimed the individual title with a +3 (75), two shots better than Delilah Fuls of Brookings.
Mitchell ends the regular season on Tuesday, May 30 at the Brandon Valley Invitational before heading to Pierre for the two day Class AA State Golf Meet on June 5-6.
