
VERMILLION, S.D. – Parkston’s Landon Weber finished in a three-way tie for fourth place on Tuesday at the Class A Boys Golf Tournament at The Bluffs Golf Course in Vermillion.
Weber shot a 79 on day two after finishing with a 71 on Monday. He finished at +6 (150) to tie with Cooper Girard of Vermillion and Carson Steffensen of Canton.
As a team, Parkston placed seventh out of 17 teams with a total score of +110.
Dakota Valley (+23) won the team title finishing four shot ahead of second place Vermillion.
Hayden Heig of St. Thomas More was the only golfer under par for the two days finishing at -6 (138), seven shots better than second place Matt DeBeer of Dakota Valley
