BROOKINGS, S.D. – The South Dakota State women’s basketball program will host its annual Pink Game Sunday, January 28, when it plays Oral Roberts at Frost Arena.
The SDSU team will wear pink and white Under Armour uniforms to show support for breast cancer awareness. The jerseys worn in Sunday’s game will be sold via live auction in Frost Arena immediately following the contest.
All proceeds will benefit the Edith Sanford Breast Center. In previous seasons, the auction has raised as much as $14,000.
Fans are encouraged to wear pink to the game and pick up an #IPinkFor poster when they arrive at Frost to be featured on the #IPinkFor fan cam. The first 300 fans will receive a free pink t-shirt. Tipoff against the Eagles is set for 3 p.m.
