Hauff Mid-America Sports is the presenting sponsor of the 2025-2026 GPAC Players-of-the-Week and Players and Coaches-of-the-Year awards program.
Hauff Mid-America Sports/GPAC Basketball Players-of-the-Week
Offensive – Jalen Langsy, Northwestern College (Guard)
Jalen Langsy of Northwestern College is this week’s GPAC/Hauff Mid-America Sports men’s basketball offensive player-of-the-week. Langsy, a sophomore from Shakopee, Minnesota, scored 41 and 30 points in two wins last week, averaging 35.5 points on 65.9% shooting. He made 11 total threes at a 61.1% clip and was a perfect 6-for-6 from the line. Langsy is currently second in the NAIA in points per game (27.6).
Defensive – Randy Rosenquist, Jr., Dakota Wesleyan University (Guard)
Randy Rosenquist, Jr., of Dakota Wesleyan University is this week’s GPAC/Hauff Mid-America Sports men’s basketball defensive player-of-the-week. Rosenquist, a junior from North Sioux City, South Dakota, recorded his second and third consecutive double-doubles in a pair of wins over Waldorf and Concordia He had 12 points, 10 rebounds, three steals, two assists, and a block against the Warriors and backed it up with 13 points, 10 rebounds, three assists, and two steals against the Bulldogs. All 20 of his on the week came on the defensive end of the floor.
