ACE CEO concerned about pull of Big Oil

The CEO of the American Coalition for Ethanol is suspicious
of the motives behind EPA’s small refinery exemptions.

Brian Jennings tells Brownfield it’s no secret oil companies have spent generations building leverage in Washington D.C.

“They have over-sized influence within EPA right now because you have some people that have worked for oil companies that are within the different layers of bureaucracy within EPA.”

He accuses former administrator Scott Pruitt of being more sympathetic to fossil fuels than renewable fuels, and suspects current EPA Administrator Andrew Wheeler is too.
