USDA says winter wheat conditions are rated 68% good to excellent, an increase of three percentage points from the previous week.

Corn and soybean planting is still at 0%, but activity is expected to begin in the next week or two.

Topsoil moisture is rated 59% adequate to surplus, and subsoil moisture is at 48%.
