A 60-year-old man from Hayti tragically lost his life in a farm accident that occurred nearly a week ago.
The incident was reported to the Hamlin County Sheriff’s Office through a 911 call last Tuesday afternoon.
According to the caller, the man was run over by a tractor in an alfalfa field.
After being rushed to a hospital in Watertown, he succumbed to his injuries.
