Wagner Woman Sentenced to Federal Prison for Assault and Abuse of Foster and Adoptive Children

Tina Sully, a 53-year-old woman from Wagner, has been sentenced to federal prison for assault and abuse charges.

Serving as a foster and adoptive mother from 2003 to 2021, Sully was convicted of beating children with belts and hangers and depriving them of food for extended periods.

The U.S. Attorney’s Office announced her 10-year prison term, to be followed by 3 years of supervised release.
