Cash dairy prices were mixed Monday to start the week at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. Dry whey was down $0.010 to $0.68. No sales were reported. Forty-pound cheese blocks were up $0.0525 to $1.60. Nine sales were reported ranging from $1.57 to $1.60. Cheese barrels were unchanged at $1.56. One sale was reported at $1.56.
