Storm dominates latest crop progress report for Minnesota

In its latest crop progress report, the USDA says field
activities were scarce as snow, freezing rain and high winds downed power lines
and further saturated fields.

Livestock producers were stressed by the extreme weather conditions, short hay supplies, and power outages.
